Unfettered Worship

They rise early

Their lyrical song drifting on the cool morning air

Melodious, unfettered

Who can stop their joyful awakening?

Proclaiming the dawning to a new day

Bringing music to the heart

Songbirds in worship

Singing praises to the Lord above

All nature joins in harmony together

The mountains declare the majesty of the Lord

The flowers sing forth the aroma of God’s undying sweet love

The heavens awake to declare His greatness

Crying forth, shouting His praise

Calling our eyes skyward

To our glorious Lord reigning on high

The rocks and the trees whisper in chorus

How great thou art, O Lord!

Bringing forth praise

In unfettered worship!

Now is the time to worship!

Let your heart sing forth God’s praises!

Above the uproar and noise of this world

Choosing to start your day with adoration to God

Ahead of the schedules and agendas

Singing forth in carefree abandon

To the glories of our Lord!

Break into praise and worship with joy in your heart!

A new day has dawned!

Let your praise and thanksgiving begin!

To declare the One who has saved you

The Sovereign Lord who reigns on high

Who holds all things in the hollow of His hand

Shout and declare

His majesty! His greatness!

His Love for you and me!

Our Abba Father!

The One who cares for us!

He will never leave us nor forsake us.

Should we not be grateful with a heart of thanksgiving?

Singing praises

Worshiping Him above all else?

How great thou art, O Lord!

Let our praises never cease.

May our hearts rise to thee!

In unfettered worship!
